Vitek Research Corporation: Vitek Research Corporation completed renovation to an 18,500 sq. ft. building in the Naugatuck Industrial Park in May 2010 and is relocating its company there from Derby, CT. The company specializes in the application of high performance, functional coating systems for a wide variety of commercial uses, including biomedical, electric circuit boards and aerospace. The company has received assistance and benefits from the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, Connecticut Light & Power and the Connecticut Department of Labor for their relocation project.
