40,000 square foot building purchased by Meriden Firm Ground Up, Inc.

Ground Up, Inc. is one of the leading suppliers of specialty automotive restoration parts in the country. The majority of their business is catalog sales of parts for Chevrolet Chevelle, Camaro and Nova automobiles from the 60's and 70's. In January 2010, they moved into a remodeled 40,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center in the Naugatuck Industrial Park. This move afforded them ample room to expand the museum showroom and product line, streamline order flow operations and create jobs. They could have moved anywhere, but the Naugatuck Valley was centrally located in New England within driving distance of many major cities and Naugatuck is a business friendly community.
